ERCONNECT – WACOSS EMERGENCY RELIEF SERVICES DIRECTORY

We developed the ERConnect website, branding, colors, and logo. The ERConnect platform showcases the advanced technological capabilities WACOSS’ DropIN Solution presents to the sector.
Some of the notable features we made into the platform are: Clean front-end design following the principles of Human-Centered User Experience; Accessible for people with visual disabilities as it is compatible with iOS VoiceOver (the website literally speaks to and guides the user through it); Google Maps Integration; Geolocation using the users GPS, including customisable distance filters; Ability to email (and print) multiple listings information directly to the end user. In 2021, we rebranded the directory to from ERConnect to WAConnect.
